I recently used Bio Soft for specialist cleaning services and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. My main point of contact was Keith, who was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful from the first phone call to the final check. The service provided was comprehensive and carried out with great attention to detail. Keith took the time to explain the process, outline what to expect and ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. The results were excellent and the space was left spotless, safe and restored far beyond what I expected. This work took place in Courtstown, County Cork, and the team arrived on time, worked efficiently and maintained clear communication throughout. Their professionalism and care gave me great confidence in the quality of the service. I would highly recommend Bio Soft and Keith to anyone needing reliable and expert cleaning services. My experience was extremely positive and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I cannot recommend Keith and his company Biosoft Powerwash more highly. Keith washed the exterior of our 400sq m childcare building on a Sunday morning in order to minimise disruption to our business and the general public. There are murals on the walls that he purchased special chemicals for and he even hand washed around them! A superb service with an old fashioned personal touch, great to see a business show this level of care and attention.

I got my roof which is slate and was covered in moss etc cleaned by Biosoft on Wednesday 28th January.They arrived when they said they would and explained the procedure ie scraping the moss off and softwashing the roof. They did a brilliant job and had all the upto date gear which made things easier and better. I would certainly recommend them and Keith certainly knows his stuff and has a nice easy going manner. It is easy to be drawn in and fooled as there are so many cowboys power washing roofs and houses etc but Keith in fairness to him in soccer terms would be Premier League and i certainly wouldn't go beyond him,highly recommend.
Amazing! In about half a day, our external insulation was like new again. Well worth the money and I'll definitely know where to go next time it needs a clean.

Keith carried out an excellent low pressure powerwash on my tarmacadam drive to remove a heavy coating of moss. The drive now looks like new. Keith advised to spray with an environmentally safe biocide to prevent regrowth of the moss on a dry day. Would recommend Keith.
