How it works1. Survey first. Keith Sheehan, an Architectural Technologist with over 35 years in the Irish building industry, checks every surface: roof, render, stone, gutters and paving.
2. The right method for each surface. Low-pressure softwashing for the walls and, where needed, the roof. Controlled power washing for hard surfaces like driveways and patios.
3. One booking. Everything is done in a planned order, so nothing gets dirty again after it’s cleaned. We only work on the roof if it doesn’t undermine or diminish the integrity of the slate or tile.
4. Treatment. A biocide pre-treatment and post-treatment to deal with moss, algae and lichen at the root.
