At tender stage, all documentation was provided, including insurance policy, Safe Pass certification, and professional PU number for biocide application, which gave us full confidence in compliance and professionalism. Biosoft also carries €13 million public liability and €6.5 million employers liability, exceeding our requirements. Keith carefully explained the process, recommending a controlled softwash treatment rather than high-pressure washing to safely remove algae and stains. The work involved applying DAFM-approved biocides with a bleach-free, nearly pH-neutral Acti-Wash cleanser, followed by a gentle rinse. To minimise disruption, the work was completed out of hours over the weekend, which we greatly appreciated. Fantastic job done by Keith, removed all the moss from the roof of our bungalow in east cork, also added a treatment which will prevent the moss build up in the future. He also cleaned the gutters and gable walls of the house, cleaned up everything that was dislodged, my parents were extremely happy with the result. There was a time they would do this themselves but now as they are older it was great to get someone experienced who explained everything in detail to my parents before he took on the job. Keith did a wonderful job soft-washing the roof of my house, removing moss & treating it to help prevent future growth. He also thoroughly cleaned out all the guttering which was threatening to collapse in places with the weight of debris, trapped water etc. He arrived when he said he would, explained the process thoroughly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He also did the pathways and I can honestly say I have never seen them so clean. Unfortunately I don't have any "before" photos but believe me, thanks to multiple animals on the premises & two months of non-stop rain, they were in a shocking state! He went above & beyond also spotting and fixing some damage on my roof & treating areas that hadn't been included in his quote. Overall an excellent job & I would highly recommend -unfortunately the crows aren't overly happy at the new lack of moss that they can pick off for their upcoming nesting season!! :)

I cannot recommend Keith and his company Biosoft Powerwash more highly. Keith washed the exterior of our 400sq m childcare building on a Sunday morning in order to minimise disruption to our business and the general public. There are murals on the walls that he purchased special chemicals for and he even hand washed around them! I got my roof which is slate and was covered in moss etc cleaned by Biosoft on Wednesday 28th January.They arrived when they said they would and explained the procedure ie scraping the moss off and softwashing the roof. They did a brilliant job and had all the upto date gear which made things easier and better. I would certainly recommend them and Keith certainly knows his stuff and has a nice easy going manner. It is easy to be drawn in and fooled as there are so many cowboys power washing roofs and houses etc but Keith in fairness to him in soccer terms would be Premier League and i certainly wouldn't go beyond him,highly recommend.
